Yorkshire and Humber Falls Awareness Week 2021 runs from 27th September to 3rd October (incorporating International Day of Older Persons on Friday 1st October). This year’s activities will be largely run online – please use the resources below to promote the week on social media and follow using the hashtag #YHFalls2021.
A free virtual strength and balance class is be delivered on Wednesday 29th September at 1.00pm. The 1hr exercise class will be delivered by Leon Wormley, Level 4 Exercise Specialist, and will be streamed live over Zoom. Leon’s mum will be joining him so that they can demonstrate a variety of seated and standing exercises.
