Heath Protection CPD Event - Migrant Health

Protecting the health of vulnerable migrants, refugees and asylum seekers is a crucial aspect of public health. We know that vulnerable population groups often face unique challenges that can impact their physical and mental well-being. Health protection for vulnerable migrants, refugees and asylum seekers involves collaborative partnership working across multiple systems and agencies.

This event in Leeds on the 17 January 2024 provided the opportunity to support and enhance our ways of working to order to focus upon access to healthcare, disease prevention, mental health support, and other key social determinants of health.
