Volunteering Matters is a national organisation that can help you find a way of volunteering locally that suits your interests and availability.

The Befriending Network has a directory of services in the UK.  This can be a good option if you find leaving your home difficult.

 Community Connectors and Navigators can help you find local services, groups and activities that suit you. These may help you with your loneliness and improve your health and wellbeing more broadly. Talk to your GP about how to access these services.
